Chicken and Mac N Cheese!

About 400 calories, also gives you about 55 grams of protein. I had trouble with the Cheese Sauce but it turned out fine! Prep for the week and freeze to avoid the stress of morning lunch making!


Ingredients:

Chicken

-2 Chicken Breast

-1 cup Flour

-1 teaspoon Paprika

-1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

-1 teaspoon Oregano

-1 teaspoon Pepper

-1 teaspoon Salt

-1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

-1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Cook 375 degrees for 15 minutes


Mac N Cheese

-2 cups Cottage Cheese

-1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

-1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

-1/2 teaspoon Paprika

-1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

-1/2 cup Milk

-3 cups Pasta


1. Boil water and pour in pasta.

2. Blend together remaining mac and cheese ingredients.

3. Cut chicken breast into cubes.

4. Mix remaining chicken ingredients together.

5. Coat chicken cubes in flour mixture.

6. Place chicken on baking sheet and coat in oil.

7. Cook in the oven at 375F for 15 minutes.

8. Serve.
