Orange Chicken and White Rice!

Makes 5 servings. 500 calories, also gives you 55 grams of protein. This tastes just like takeout!
Ingredients:
-2 Eggs
-3/4 cup Flour
-2 large Chicken Breasts, cut into small pieces
-1 tablespoon Canola Oil, plus more for frying
-2 cloves Garlic, minced
-1/2 teaspoon Ginger, minced
-1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
-2/3 cup Orange Juice
-2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
-2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
-1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
-1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
-Cooked White Rice for serving
1. Boil water then cover and simmer the rice.
2. Roll the chicken in flour.
3. Dip in egg wash.
4. Fry in oil, about 5 minutes, then remove.
5. In a pot add minced garlic and fry in oil.
6. Add ginger.
7. Add Crushed Red Pepper.
8. Pour in orange juice.
9. Add soy sauce to the pot.
10. Pour in sweet chili sauce.
11. Add brown sugar and mix.
12. Add lemon juice.
13. Add the flour to thicken and stir.
14. Layer rice and chicken on the plate for serving.
