Sweet Soy Turkey Rice Bowl!

5 servings. Gives you about 20 grams of protein for each serving. Get a some vegetables into your diet with this sweet sweet recipe! A good addition can also be using shredded cabbage. Alternatively use Ground Beef or Pork based on preference. Prep for the week and freeze to avoid the stress of morning lunch making!
Ingredients:
-1.5 cups White Rice
-2.25 cups Water
-1 pound Ground Turkey
-4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
-2 teaspoons Sriracha Sauce
-2 cups Shredded Carrots
-8 tablespoons Sweet Soy Glaze(.25 cups Brown Sugar with 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce)
-1 cup Crispy Fried Onions
-.25 cups Lemon Juice
-Salt, Pepper, 2 tablespoons Butter, 1 teaspoon Sugar, Olive Oil
1. Boil water and cover and simmer rice.
2. Add oil to a pan and cook turkey.
3. Shred carrots.
4. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together.
5. Make the glaze with brown sugar and soy sauce.
6. Add carrots to the cooked ground turkey.
7. Then mix in the soy glaze.
8. Add sugar, salt and pepper.
9. Stir in the mayo sauce.
10. once the rice is cooked, fluff it and add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and butter.
11. Layer your meal and serve.
